About me

I’m Shelley, a clinical hypnotherapist and former Registered Dietitian.

In over 25 years of working in healthcare, I noticed a common struggle. People often knew what to do when it came to food and eating, yet found themselves stuck in the same thought and behaviour patterns.

Knowledge alone wasn’t the issue.

The patterns that take over in certain moments often live deeper. They are held in our nervous system, in our learned responses, and in the ways we’ve adapted over time.

My work now focuses there.

I’ve designed these nutrition-informed self-guided hypnotherapy tools to help you gently understand and shift those patterns in a way that feels supportive, paced and not overwhelming.
