A Small Shift That Changes Everything
Most people try to stop the pattern.
Stop the craving.
Stop the thoughts.
Stop the behaviour.
But there’s a step that often gets skipped, and it quietly changes everything.
Noticing.
The moment you become aware of what’s happening
while it’s happening,
even just for a few seconds...
you’ve already stepped slightly outside the loop.
Not to fix it.
Not to force anything to change.
Just to see it.
Tonight, if something comes up;
a thought, an urge, a pull toward food…
See if you can pause for a moment and simply notice: “What’s happening in me right now?”
No judgment. No pressure to respond differently.
Just awareness.
That’s where change begins.
