Whether your experience is best described as emotional eating, food noise, loss-of-control eating, body distrust, or simply a relationship with food that has become painful, we can begin with what is happening for you.

You may have spent years learning about nutrition, trying different approaches, or promising yourself that this time will be different.

And yet, in certain moments, something else seems to take over.

Food becomes comfort, escape, reward, relief, or a way to settle. Your intentions disappear beneath stress, exhaustion, loneliness, or emotion. Afterward, the self-criticism begins—and so does another plan to regain control.

If this feels familiar, the problem is not that you lack knowledge or willpower.

There are often deeper emotional, learned, and nervous-system patterns influencing what happens around food.

One-to-one hypnotherapy gives us the space to understand and work with those patterns in a way that is personal to you.

Is One-to-One Support Right for you?

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out

You may know exactly what you want help with.

Or you may only know that you are tired: tired of thinking about food, tired of beginning again, or tired of feeling as though you can’t trust yourself.

That is enough of a place to begin.

Our first step is not to judge or immediately try to change the pattern. It is to understand it; what activates it, what keeps it going, and what your mind and body may actually need in those moments.

From there, we can begin creating new responses with care.

Begin with an Initial Assessment

Our first appointment gives us time to understand what has been happening, the patterns you would like to change, and the experiences that may be shaping your relationship with food and your body.

We’ll discuss your goals, your relevant history, and whether hypnotherapy is an appropriate fit. When it feels helpful, there may also be time for an introductory hypnosis experience.

Length: 90 min

Investment: $195 CAD

Continue with Personalized Hypnotherapy

Follow-up appointments combine therapeutic conversation, nervous-system-informed support, and hypnosis personalized to what is emerging in our work together.

Length: 60 min
Investment: $ 160 CAD

Four-Session Focused Pathway

For food and body patterns that have developed over time, I generally recommend beginning with four appointments. This gives us space to understand the pattern, work with the needs beneath it, and begin reinforcing new ways of responding.

Payment could be made in full or divided into two payments.

Length: One 90 min initial assessment, three 60 min personalized hypnotherapy sessions
Investment: $ 625 or 2 payments of $312.50 CAD

If you’re unsure whether one-to-one hypnotherapy is appropriate for your needs, you’re welcome to contact me. There is no pressure to book, and I’ll be honest about whether I believe my approach is a good fit.

Scope of support

One-to-one hypnotherapy can support emotional eating, food preoccupation, body image concerns, stress-related eating, and long-standing patterns around food.

It is not intended to diagnose or independently treat an active eating disorder or other medical or mental health condition. If your needs fall outside my scope, I may recommend that you also work with, or seek an assessment from, an appropriate regulated healthcare professional.

Where appropriate, hypnotherapy may complement the care you are already receiving from your physician, psychotherapist, dietitian, or other healthcare provider.
